African wild dogs are endangered because of loss of habitat, poisoning, and severe diseases. They live in the Savanna, grassland, and woods found in Africa, South of Sahara dessert. The amount of African wild dogs is about 4,000 to 5,000 of them total. The gray wolves are The largest of the canine family. They hunt in packs of 30 wolves. because of hunting and destruction of habitat, These particular wolves were once one of the most widespread mammals outside of the tropics. Their area spreads from 40, to over 400 miles. |
